RLX pursues a culture of safety and quality across all areas of the organisation, with continual improvement, enhancement, monitoring and measuring of safety indicators. RLX is aligned to current work health and safety legislation and is modelled on the Plan, Do, Check, Act concepts outlined in ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Requirements. A risk management approach to safety ensures that risks are identified, and control measures are implemented and reviewed to ensure risks are eliminated or reduced.

Training Program

RLX provides training to employees on a range of topics including Low Stress Livestock Handling, First Aid and CPR, Incident Cause Analysis Method, Animal Welfare and the Humane Destruction of Livestock.

Induction Program

 RLX have an online induction system that allows employees and non-employees the opportunity to complete their induction prior to arriving on site.

If you are a Livestock Agent or Transport Driver, please complete your induction via the QR Code onsite.
