EPA Monitoring

To comply with requirements by the Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011 (POELA Act), a Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP) has been prepared and implemented .

The objectives of the PIRMP are to ensure the timely communication of a pollution incident to all relevant groups and individuals to minimise and control the risk of a pollution incident occurring at EPA licenced RLX sites.

EPA Monitoring data  is uploaded as per the Protection of the Environment Operations Act requirements.
